After selecting the files or folders to change, select Copy metadata from context menu. You will be asked for the source file of metadata. After you selected the file, you can review the metadata to copy in the Copy metadata dialog.

Select necessary metedata fields from this dialog. You can also change the values copied metadata in this dialog. After you reviewed your changes, click OK to copy metadata.
